Gary Pickering began his career as a graphic designer, working for various agencies in Lincoln, Nebraska. But in 1979, Gary followed his entrepreneurial instincts and founded what is now known as Pickering Creative Group. Currently serving as Chairman, Gary works closely with his management team to ensure that the firm remains focused on providing exceptional products and service to each and every client.
"Having founded Pickering Creative Group over 30 years ago, I find it extremely rewarding to look back at all this firm has accomplished," states Gary. "We have been fortunate to have partnered with so many great businesses and organizations over the years."
In addition to his involvement with Pickering Creative Group, Gary is also a land developer who enjoys planning and constructing residential housing developments in rural settings on the outskirts of Lincoln, Nebraska.
Gary and his wife Deb have two grown daughters, and one granddaughter. In his free time Gary enjoys spending time with family, golfing, fishing, and woodworking.
