Deb Pickering has served as Pickering Creative Group's Administrative Services Manager for over 30 years, and this is no coincidence as she is Gary Pickering's wife and business partner. In her role, Deb is responsible for managing all accounting functions, human resources, employee benefits administration, corporate insurance, and most importantly, payroll!
With a genuine commitment to each and every team member, Deb works to ensure that the front office runs smoothly and that all employees' needs are met, and questions are answered.
Deb and Gary have two grown children and one granddaughter. In her free time, Deb enjoys spending time with family, participating in Bible Study Fellowship, and also supporting community service projects.
